The delivery of ordered products is carried out within 24 – 48 working hours from the moment the order is dispatched to any locality in Romania.

Note: Orders registered each day after 15:00 will be processed and sent within a maximum of 24 hours. Orders placed on Fridays after 15:00, Saturdays, and Sundays will be dispatched on Monday.

What are the delivery terms?

The delivery terms are between 24 – 48 working hours for national delivery, from the moment of dispatch, but these terms may undergo certain changes due to unforeseen reasons (calamities, floods, snowstorms, blockages, etc.), or due to the organization and logistics of the courier company.

It is our duty to inform you that any delivery term or promise offered by the representatives of the rapid courier company are relative and should be considered as such.

How to Pay

Cash/Collect on Delivery

You will pay for the ordered products directly to the courier who will make the delivery. The products will be accompanied by an invoice and receipt.
